There is no magic formula to becoming a CPA and a lot of it is down to being in the right place at the right time.

High profile bosses tend not to use employment agencies exclusively, as many positions are advertised via word of mouth. Seeing as our membership are all CPA's, employers/agencies often run their vacancies through us knowing that our members are experienced and very discrete.

The ACA (UK) is strictly speaking a networking resource for PA's with high profile bosses.

Although we run a small job bank for our members, we do not run courses or indeed offer job opportunities for non-members. We just do not have the resources for offering such services outside of our membership, nor were we ever set up as an employment agency.

The quickest route to being a CPA is to try and get a job with a CEO and to keep your ears and eyes open for any opportunities.
